I did see a better one identified as him but it looked like a uniform from maybe 1931. I couldn't find anything indicating that he was with them that late.

Thank you very much for your offer to spend more time on this image but I am more than happy with the outcome. At best any additional effort would only result in marginal improvements I suspect.

1924 was the inaugural year for the appearance of a white elephant on the uniform. For 1921-23 the elephant was blue in rampant mode. 1920 the elephant was darker and standing. However, in 1919 the uniform is similar to that of 1931 and could well be the image you discovered.

I do have 4 alternate images for Hasty and appreciate that you respected the authenticity of their uniform which indicates prior to 1924.

Find attached an image of Eppie Barnes with Pirates from 1924, sadly it's the best I could find.

Thank you for enhancing the black and white image that enabled Krantzbucks to come up with a very fine colorization.

Best wishes for the holiday season, travel is often a beneficial experience particularly when travelling to new places, no doubt it broadens the mind substantially and enhances a sense of perspective.

Attached is a 1924 image of Ernie Wingard from his rookie year with the St. Louis Browns. Unfortunately Conlon did not appear to catch up with him until later.

I was fortunate to have been provided images of Bill Harris with the Cincinnati Reds and the Pittsburgh Pirates. I employed Palette.fm to color both images and used Pica.ai on the image of Harris with the Reds which provided a great upgrade.
