No but Feeders can't move. Thus for every setup you have two options. Re-enter the entire feeder into whatever ML setup you want or add the ML setup to the generic feeder league, delete the minors you don't need, start the game, delete the players you don't want and then edit the teams into you generic league and re-name the generic to the your new historic league.

I have asked for a feeder template that can be added to any league, but it has not made any of the critical feature lists thus far.

Thanks for this, I was going to start new league and since I had to manually replace all the teams in last time this will make it a lot easier.
