Adonis Medina seems borked. LHB stuff rating is 45; RHB stuff is 99. I've seen major splits before, but this seems off. Please check and Happy New Year!

Hey! Glad to see there was actually a place to post about this issue. I was wondering why my Future Legend Forrest Whitley (78) had such extreme L/R splits when I noticed that the game had him listed as a submarine pitcher. If you look at any of his prospect highlights, this clearly is not the case.

Just bought a few packs and when one was opening the last car came out all blue and had no player attached to it. My user name is dmendel.

That happened to me once a week or so ago. Odd. It was diamond color. I assume I still got a diamond player but never was completely sure..

Just pulled a Future Legend SP Jordan Hicks 89 and was really excited because my rotation is my downfall.

Open the card and he has a 25 stamina? Seriously?

Went from being thrilled to pissed in no time flat.

I've noticed a few cards for players that have different categories (Historical All Star, Top WAR) for the same year but different ratings. Is this by design? I would have thought if the cards represented the same year that the ratings should be the same.

Examples:
Steve Carlton
Lefty Grove

Here's an example of what I was describing above; both cards are for Red Faber from 1921; however, the ratings are different. If they're both based on the same year, why would the ratings be different?

It's basically working as designed. A bit complicated as to why the ratings are a little different.

It's not necessarily a diamond, just a card of some type. It's pretty surely in your reserve or inactive cards, but if you'll want to look through all the card types to find it.

There is another thread about the perfect Barry Bonds 2002 card, and I have to agree something looks off with his L/R splits. He murdered lefties that year to a ridiculous degree (even better than he murdered righties) but his lefty splits are much weaker on the card.

9/10 - ??% - sat

9/12 - 37% - played
9/13 - ??% - sat
9/14 - 67% - played
9/15 - 22% - sat (despite me inserting him in a 7-day lineup)
9/16 - 97% - played
9/17 - 52% - played
9/18 - 7% - sat (despite me inserting him in a 7-day lineup)
9/19 - 82% - played
9/20 - 41% - played
9/21 - 0% - sat (despite 7-day lineup)
9/22 - 75% - played
9/23 - 30% - sat (despite 7-day lineup)

I could go on, but the problem with his energy level is clear.

I believe there's something wrong under the hood with the Live Ronald Acuna Jr. card. Something is causing it, and only it to not use a facegen, as seen here:

I've checked on the main game side, and he has a facegen there, it's just within perfect team that he seems to be lacking one. Signs seem to point to there being something weird with the card itself causing perfect team to not pull the facegen file.

The card itself shouldn't influence that. Only thing might be if the facegen and the card are not named exactly the same, but afaik, they should be.

Aaron Judge has a 23 speed rating.
Aaron Judge had the 166th fastest sprint speed last year.

He's nestled between Carlos Gomez (69 speed) and Didi Gregorius (58 speed) and while I get that speed is not the reason you get Aaron Judge, he should at least be in the 40-50 range instead of the clunkers that are only faster than catchers and broken down old hitters like Pujols and Miggy category!

Someone can correct if I'm wrong. But in OOTP, I believe the "speed" rating isn't so much of an actual speed rating. It more influences how often you attempt to steal. At least that's what I remember. I could be wrong.

Not sure if this is an error or not, but it's really strange to me that Tom Burgmeier has a defensive rating in LF. I looked it up and he played a total of 2.1 innings in the outfield in his career. He probably doesn't deserve a rating. You can file this under least important bug ever.

Greg Maddux's defensive rating on his 94 card is way off. That year he picked up the 5th of what would eventually be 13 straight Gold Gloves. Given that, 56 seems unreasonably low.
