We've discussed it. No definite plans though. It's trickier than you might think and it's really just more of an accounting dodge than anything.

Among other things, this would be very hard to balance so that a human player would not be able to basically get an All-Star roster for free and then just leave the team to go bankrupt when it comes time to pay the deferred money.

There are quite a few other practical issues with implementing something like this too, that's just one of them.

Those will be automatically generated in the import process. You can tweak them afterwards manually in the player editor if you want to.

When it comes to the Dutch Honkbal Hoofdklasse and
British National Baseball League are they only found in the "new standard game" option, and not in "new custom game"(the real world one)? I tried the 2nd one, and couldn't find it

YAY! might split dream has come true: Added Stealing Aggressiveness
The old Speed rating has been split up into a “Speed” rating controlling rate of infield hits, triples, avoiding double plays, etc…. and a rate that controls the runners’ aggressiveness at stealing bases

Not exactly raw speed, which i was looking for, but probably pretty close.
So does this mean that importing Pete Rose in 1976 when he had zero sb and was the lead off hitter for the reds, will no longer be imported as the bottom 5% of players based on SPEED?
His aggressiveness stealing..may be low, but he is certainly 50% at least
Can the aggressiveness be overriden with manager decision?

Start a 2024 Standard Game, they should be there along with the KBO. They are not in the Historical game settings/options.

Thanks...... Unfortunately not in the Fictional setup either, but it is good to see other leagues coming back
