R. Walker, Rightfielder, and R.C. Ectinger, First Baseman, Star Club of Allentown, 1866?

Image is mis-identified as being the Star of Brooklyn on some sites, though it is really the Star of Allentown club. The star on this club's shirts is much smaller than the one on the Brooklyn Star club's, as seen in an image of Candy Cummings wearing a Brooklyn uniform, the star is much larger on Brooklyn's uniform than on Allentown's. In this image, Walker is the one posing with the bat and Ectinger is the one seated with the ball.

Samuel Thomas Greene in baseball uniform, 1860s/1870s

A noted deaf educator, Greene apparently also played baseball. This photo is almost certainly from the 1860s based on the type of uniform it is, though it is possible it can also be from the 1870s. Photo is from https://performance-vision.com/green...-samphotos.htm

Dave Birdsall with the Unions of Morrisania

This image was almost certainly taken at the same time as the one of Charlie Pabor which I showed earlier. Some time between 1865-1870 (likely 1866)

1858 Atwater of Westfield (MA)

This image gives a good view of what the Atwaters uniforms looked like. Unfortunately, all the players ID's are completely unknown.

Hicks Hayhurst, Philadelphia Athletics, 1861, president of the Olympic club too

Not sure if this is the same person in the first and second pictures but SABR has the second one labeled as him. He is also seen here in the 1861 Athletics team photo.

Joe Leggett, Brooklyn Excelsiors, 1857-1867

The veteran catcher who was well-respected in the baseball world but was a horrible person outside of the game. Here is a picture of him with the Brooklyn Excelsiors in 1860 as well as a sketch of him featured in the National Association of Base Ball Players poster honoring Jim Creighton from the 1860s.
