The Superbas opened their season in front of their home crowd with a nice, 9-4 win over the Phillies.

Not only was it their season debut, but it was also the first game in their new park... Ebbets Field!

George Burns went 3 for 4, scoring three times. Art Fletcher and Danny Murphy also got three hits apiece.
