Judgement call, but one I thought bout. Main events in England during his career were 20 rounders. His longest bouts went 15. Je wasn't a prelim guy but he wasn't a main event guy either. Really poor opposition in his early career when he racked up a lot of wins had me decide against making him a 1 but if you want to tweak him up to be a weak 1 either raise his CF vs boxer from 5 to 6 or raise punches landed by 1. It was pretty much a coin toss I must admit. A case can be made for him being a weak 1 as you've pointed out..

Found records of about 90 unrated fighters active in the first decade of the 20th century. I'll be doing these guys first. I should be able to get a lot done this week and next.
