Other than the 1996 Reds team photo, the multi-coach image is all I have for him with the Reds.

Not an image request, but I assume many here know their MLB coaches.

In 1967, the Reds' first base coach, Whitey Wietelmann, ended his season with a leg injury in July - any idea who replaced him at 1st? 3rd base coach Vern Benson went down with a busted nose in August and was replaced, at least for a while, by manager Dave Bristol.

Was wondering whether bullpen coach Ray Shore or pitching coach Mel Harder took over on the basepaths at all, or if someone else was brought it.

Sorry for cluttering this thread with non-image related inquiries - but was wondering if anyone can tell me what Al Heist's coaching assignment was with the Astros in 1967? Also, Bob Lillis started the year as a coach but was activated towards the end of April. I'd be curious to know his role as well.

I know Gordon Jones opened the year as pitching coach and was replaced by Jim Owens in July, that Nellie Fox was at 1st and Jim Busby was at 3rd. This leaves the bullpen and the bench, and bench coaches were hardly known back then. Since Heist appears to have been there all year I assume he was the BP coach. Perhaps Lillis was a Bench coach?

Any information would be appreciated!
