Luis Morales
Scouting grades: Fastball: 60 | Curveball: 50 | Slider: 55 | Changeup: 50 | Control: 50 | Overall: 50
Morales was billed as the consensus top pitching prospect of the 2023 international signing period when he signed for $3 million with the A’s in January that year. After setting a U-18 record for strikeouts with 161 across 82 2/3 innings between 2019-20 in Cuba’s Serie Nacional, he defected in 2021 to Mexico, where he trained with Maels Rodríguez, a former Cuban National team pitcher and Olympian who regularly threw 100 mph fastballs. Initially expected to pitch solely in the Dominican Summer League for his introduction to pro ball, his excellent performance earned him stops at four different levels. He finished the year at High-A Lansing, combining for a 2.86 ERA with 53 strikeouts in 44 innings. Morales’ whip-like delivery produces an electric fastball that sits around 94-97 mph and can reach up to 99. His four-pitch mix also includes a slider, a changeup and a curveball, all of which appeared to be quality secondary pitches as he rapidly ascended through the Minors in his debut season. Adding about 10 pounds of muscle to his 6-foot-3 frame in preparation for his first full season as a pro, Morales will see his durability tested as he looks to navigate the rigors of pitching. While his command was solid upon joining the A’s, he has struggled with controlling his pitches in the past. If he can keep that control steady, he has a chance to make another significant jump through the system in 2024, with enough potential to evolve into a frontline starter in the future. - mlb pipeline Hope this works for ya. I took some of the shine and shadows out from the lighting.

Jacob Cottle Penn State Wilkes-Barre
Another member of the new team this year to have a facegen made for, I can't locate photos for a lot of the new guys this year and the website itself is really not good, with it featuring names of players from random past years on the current roster as well as a player named first name 'Crest' and last name 'Wood'.... for context Crestwood is the name of a random high school here that one of the new guys went to not an actual person. I think the BR Bullpen has it correct though.

Dick Cole
Lans,
I'm curious how effective a fielder Dick Cole (1951-1957) can be without his glasses? I guess it explains his short tenure in baseball. ![]() Would you please redo his facegen with spectacles? |

Ross Turetsky Penn State Wilkes-Barre Manager
I was wondering if a facegen could be made of Penn State Wilkes-Barre's new manager Ross Turetsky, preferably where he has his glasses.

Vic Sorrell
Please if you don't mind. Add Vic Sorrell to your list. He's pitching impaired as well.
Thank you |

Vic Sorrell
With his spectacles and quiet demeanor, Vic Sorrell gave the impression of a professor or preacher instead of a baseball lifer. After a standout career as a high-school and collegiate star in North Carolina in the early 1920s, right-handed pitcher Sorrell debuted for the Detroit Tigers in 1928. Toiling during some of the team’s leanest years, Sorrell was a consistent workman, averaging 234 innings and almost 14 wins per season over a five-year period (1929-33). His arm gave out just as the Tigers took center stage in the American League with pennants in 1934 and 1935, and he did not see action in either World Series, leading one writer from the era to suggest that “fate is unkind to Sorrell.” After his 15-year career in Organized Baseball, Sorrell skippered the North Carolina State Wolfpack baseball team for 21 seasons (1946-66). - SABR

Tim Tawa
Tim Tawa was added to the Diamondbacks 40-man roster this offseason, and stands a very good chance of getting some major league playing time. He played six different positions for the Reno Aces and Amarillo Sod Poodles in 2025, including 1B, 2B, 3B, LF, CF and RF. The 26 year old utility man is one of six right-hand batters on the 40-man roster (there are also four switch hitters and six left-hand batters on the roster).
Tawa has a rather pedestrian projection, calling for just a .228 batting average and .651 OPS, with four homers in 166 PA. Despite the caveats and discounts usually attached to older prospects coming out of Reno, Tawa is a good bet to beat his projections. It should be noted that Tawa had a very strong road vs. home split in 2024, batting .303 with a .918 OPS on the road and .248 with a .801 OPS at home. That negates at least part of the concern of him receiving undue bounce from his home parks. The Diamondbacks don't have a lot of right-hand options as of this writing. They may still go out and sign or trade for a right-hand hitter who can back up in either the outfield or first base, or platoon with Pavin Smith. But even if they're able to land such a player, Tawa's positional flexibility all around the diamond should give him plenty of opportunity to grab a super utility role at some point during the season. After hitting 53 homers the last two years and posting outstanding batted ball metrics in the PCL, Tim Tawa is a poised to be a pleasant surprise for Arizona Diamondbacks fans in 2025. - sports illustrated Removed the smile. We'll see if he gets a spring training photo but this should work until then (and maybe afterwards, once I see the spring pic set)

I considered all the pics but made the facegen off of this one with the smile removed. Hopefully it works for you.

Dick Cole
For young Dickie Cole, growing up in Southern California in the 1930s, dreams of becoming a major leaguer must have seemed as distant as the nearest big-league team, the St. Louis Cardinals, half a country away. Lying on the living-room floor and listening to France Laux doing the Cardinal games on KMOX radio in St. Louis, he could only imagine the sights and sounds of a major-league ballpark. But dreams of a big-league career do come true. Cole’s baseball career spanned nearly six decades. After 16 seasons as a player, he remained in the game into the second decade of the 21st century as been a minor-league manager, major-league coach, and a highly respected scout. Cole was valued for his versatility in the field and his studious approach to the game. He played every infield position during his major-league career: 169 games at shortstop, 118 games at second base, 107 games at third base, and two appearances at first base. At 87 years old in 2013, Cole was still active, scouting for the San Francisco Giants organization. It seems dreams do come true!
In a phone interview with one of the authors, he said, “I dreamed of being a major-league ballplayer, and everything I wanted came true for me.” Recalling highlights from his career, Cole said: “Henry Aaron said I was the worst batting practice pitcher he ever faced.” Who wouldn’t love to make that claim? - SABR Tough to get the glasses to show up but here's a revised fg based on my best effort using the baseball card pic.

Thank you once again for the great work! Unfortunately for some reason the files for Cottle and Turetsky don't work for me for some reason and I'm not sure why since the rest of them work just fine. Is this an issue with my computer or something or the files? It seems to only be with these two specifically
