Great cards and great colorizations!! Only a slight error for the Aspromonte card. Pic should be reversed...as he was not lefthanded, and jersey logo patch should be on left sleeve.

Nice catch with Aspromonte. You don't see a whole lot of lefty middle infielders - even on the old Senators. It sort of fools you because the W on his hat doesn't change with the mirror image and the lettering on his short is sort of semi-indecipherable

I checked some of the other pictures and made some changes. Lou Gehrig's hairline was off, Oad Swigart's logo was a little too bright and Rollie Sheldon's arms had no color.

Also, Johnny Gee looks a little skewed, but maybe that's the way he looked. 6 foot 9 guys looked pretty gawky back in those days.

I said thanks on the posts that had photos that I am using for my card project but also wanted to post something. Your work is superb and I also appreciate you doing two of the requests I posted on another thread (Green & Marshall). I knew there were other Davalillo's available but hoped I could get a better pose to work with. Still, as I said, I appreciate the two you did, thank you

Incidentally, like the Aspromonte that I too noticed, Westrum is another photo that is reversed. He wasnt a left throwing catcher either.

Btw, I love the cards you did too! Great job!

There must be a conspiracy - hacking old baseball player photos. I'll have to double check every photo that doesn't show logos or lettering to make sure they're not reversed.

Before anyone thinks it's not a conspiracy, all my conspiracy theories over the past few decades have turned out to be mild compared to what actually was going on, so who knows?
