Our first game is on the 17th, but we're looking forwards to the season, and hoping we can prove our skeptics wrong. We've got a nest of championships to build, after all. And seeing as we're already down one from how baseball history actually happened in the real world, we'd best try to make sure we're not down two championships by the end of the season, of course. Let's see how this season goes, then, everyone. I don't think I'll manage every game, but let's just see what happens, nevertheless, for this dynasty's 1934 Cardinals. That's all for now. CD out.

We'll start out the MLB regular season with two three-game series apiece against the Pirates and Cubs, before we see anyone else. Cincinnati will close out April and start May for us, but before then, we will start out with six home games against the Pirates and Cubs, before visiting both those teams in turn. We're currently expecting to have only two off-days in May, as well.

I'll post the MLB standings at the end of April, for your viewing. In the intervening time, I'll likely post many, if not most, of the games in April for you to follow, at least in box score format. And I'll possibly post any other screenshots I think might be appropriate and all for the dynasty, that I take for it covering events in April, as well.

Babe Ruth gets his 2500th career hit. Unfortunately, he won't likely have as good of statistics when he finally is done, having missed substantial time due to injuries, as he did in reality. He had quite a few injuries during the 1931 season, for example, to cause him to miss time, it seems. CD out.

The game against the Cubs scheduled for us on April 22, 1934 got postponed due to bad weather, so it has been rescheduled to June 5, 1934. Hopefully that won't mess us up too much between now and then, of course. We still have a lot of games to play, but looks like we may have some early competition from the Giants at the moment.

The Yankees and Indians are off to a 5-1 start so far, and the Senators are 5-3 now, as of the conclusion of April 22nd's played games, as well. The Red Sox and Tigers are off to a poor start so far, at 1-7 and 1-5, respectively, at the moment. I'll keep you all posted as the season continues on how teams seem to be doing during it, when and how I can and all. CD out.
