Please post here for problems re "corrupt or a save-game from an old version" - Page 4

Lol, and I can't even submit a new review, because the store says my.vomplaint that the files.corrupt.is a duplicate review to my review of OOTP 23. I like how Google thinks reviews of two different versions of the games are a bot, but the developers don't care that every version of this game actually has the same problems. Probably because Google filters out the same bad reviews year after year

Get used to it. Ive never made it past a second season without it happening. It's a baseball dynasty game that doesn't allow you to play multiple seaspns.

It's an absolutely phenomenal game that completely ignores technical issues, because they already have your money

My game just updated itself without me having a choice to do so and now my save is corrupted or won't load because its an old version. Seriously OOTP?

OOTP Baseball Go 24 version 24.10.082020

Played from 2023 all the way to 2047. Left the game when the phone rang. When I reopened it a ton of players are now "Jim Unknown". All the players on my roster are now random names I've never seen, that link to other different players, many of them now retired. Trying to review the injury list or do anything roster-related causes the game to simply hang and I have to hard close it.

The game results are still there as well as standings and league leaders. I can see my player names when I open game recaps, but clicking their names link again to other players, many retired.

So...is there any way I can roll this back to a previous save state or am I just screwed and have to kill off my 25 season franchise and start over?
