It's more than just that. We'd have to redo all the advertising/marketing, change all our information on various sites were it goes on sale, etc. It's not feasible to do that.

Some better news to end the week: we got a response back and it looks very likely that we'll have this resolved in the next few days. If you're waiting for the official announcement, it would probably be a good idea to keep next Wednesday night open.

They said it'd be a quick turnaround. I'd assume something like announcement this Wednesday, pre-sale by Friday and release either next or the following week.

Man, this situation is really unfortunate... it's a major bummer that you've had the game and your releasing of your work delayed for so long! I hope the negative impact is temporary and you'll be back to up and running with the new release soon. I love supporting this project and am always happy to do so but yeah I'm glad it seems to be working toward a resolution now. Still can't wait to get my hands on a copy! Thanks for keeping us in the loop on developments.

Yeah we'll see. They announced on Twitter the "first details" at 10pm tomorrow, so it seems like it's still at least a few weeks out.
