2026 WS Game 5 tied 2-2
Pittsburgh @ Boston: Boston throttles Pittsburgh in game five 10-4 and heads to Pittsburgh with the series lead at 3-2. Neither home team has lost so perhaps Pittsburgh can take the last two games and the World Series with it.

2026 WS Game 6 Boston leads 3-2
Boston @ Pittsburgh: Pirates sneak out a 3-2 win tying the series at 6 all and we will have a decisive game 7 to determine the 2026 World Series champion. It was the long ball as Cruz hit two solo shots and Suwinski with his own that made the difference on the night. Unfortunately for Pittsburgh they will have to do it without their defensive stud of a SS Dansby Swanson who suffered a herniated disc.

2026 WS Game 7 tied 3-3
Boston @ Pittsburgh: It’s over, it’s over!!! The long wait is over, the Pirates beat the Red Sox 3-0 and win their first World Series since 1979 nearly half a century ago.
