The posted image looks a lot like Charlie Grimm who was with the Cubs as a player- manager in 1933 and 1934.

Very true, Lefty. Nice catch and thanks for the correction. I got the image, dated 1935-03-01 with an LA dateline, about a year ago off of Corbis. It is a cut-down from this original with Truck Hannah on the left and Jack Lelivelt on the right. It sure looks like Jolly Cholly between them. I'll be more careful with Corbis IDs in the future.
