I am not having much success so far. When I make a circular 360 in Sketchup it gets blurred/smeared in spots no matter what size image I use. I tried the sky box method that Jorin posted back in 2016 and can't get that to work. I tried a polygon and square in Sketchup and they don't look right either. I am hoping the the construction kit in 21 will have a way to make sky boxes that works. I am running out of ideas.

Has Roosevelt Stadium in NJ been considered for your magic touch! BTW have OOTP21 Beta. Your updated fields do well. Notice a few times players ran trough stadium walls...Kind of like field of dreams! However, I am enjoying them.

I think - if I'm not mistaken - someone attempted it, got a good ways into it (it might have even been semi-sort of playable in the game), then gave up and offered the sketchup file for anyone who would like to take a crack at it... Can't remember who it was though.

just wondering, since you updated them to 21, do they still work in 20? I tried some and can't get any 3d models to load. They are in their own folder and i load the obj file and no textures get loaded.

If not, will just wait until i get 21 i guess.

I just tried one and it worked fine in 20. How did you try and load it?

I think he got off to a really good start with it, if I remember. He also had another one in the queue that wasn't quite as done.

Just installed OOTP 21, and trying to download the ballpark files from Mediafire. My other downloads (jerseys, ballcaps, etc.) have worked just fine but the ballpark downloads seem to stop at around 200-300 MBs. Anybody having the same problem, and is there any way to fix? Perhaps it's just a problem with my computer

i just downloaded one at a time the ones i wanted in the game for now, had no problem, just takes a little more work , but it is so worth it.

Questions for the ballpark creator experts:
I LOVED the work adion and silvam and pstrickert (and company) did with the historical ballparks for OOTP 20. Can I somehow import these parks into OOTP21 (I use the Steam version)? If so,how?
Because the DEVs changed the engine and 3D effects (follow ball,etc) will these OOTP20 HIST BPs not work in OOTP 21?
No one has yet (and I realize it's only been a day since OOTP21 came out on Steam) put any historical BPs into the OOTP21 workshop central. Does anyone know if this will be forthcoming? I don't want to start any historical OOTP21 season replays without the BPs.

I have updated all of my parks so shouldn’t be an issue. Not sure about pstrickert’s steam mod, but you can download the parks in the meantime from my first post here.

Silvam, it seems my trial version of WinRar expired, and I probably deleted it and/or its installer, so I may possibly not currently be able to unpack the various Japanese baseball stadiums mentioned in this thread's first post. Would you please include links that don't have the .rar extension for those parks, in either the relevant posts or the first post here? I'd be most appreciative, for sure. Thank you. Go to your C: drive, then Program files(86*)/steam/steamapps/common

the open OOTP21/data/ballparks/models

Keep this window open and go through the same process but open OOTP20 instead of OOTP21.

The copy the parks from models folder in 20 to the models folder in 21.

Then import them in your game using the .prk folder (s) for the park that goes with the team.

If you hard drive is setup differently, e.g. no C drive you will have figure how to navigate to the steam common folder.

just how do you import the .prk file , i've been just loading the parks in the load 3d part of the game. i'd like to do it as you say

just tried to auto import all parks from the models folder and it didn't import any of them,,if i load the file in the load 3d and it loads it for a team is the park dimensions correct or do have to load the prk file as well
