I like how my batting average is by far the lowest of our prospects, but my OBP is right there among the best.

When I envisioned creating a three true outcomes type of player, I never imagined it would quite work out THIS well.


Of course being bad defensively at a non important defensive position has majorly impacted my WAR, but not nearly enough to consider this not a success. By the looks of the numbers, it looks like we've created ourselves a bunch of Hall of Famers here.

Only ones I think are on the cusp/borderline are Powers and King, but if they can stay in the league and healthy, they might just compile enough hits and War to get in....I would like all of our guys to get in, especially with the different routes they have taken to get there.

Yeah I think Powers will need about 3,000 hits and 1,500 runs to get in to the hall, it will be a close call

I like Powers' chances better than King's, just because of age. Hopefully you can both get to the magic 3000 hit number though and get in. Would be cool to see every one of us make it.


I hate to even think about this at this point since I just got to 600, but assuming good health and continuing to hit 30-40 a year, I could have a legit shot of dethroning Bonds in about 5 seasons. I certainly see no reason I can't be playing at age 42, but when does the big regression hit? Pretty pleased and surprised to still be 5 stars at age 37.

Wow.... tough to be traded for the first time ever. But now I guess I don't feel like King owes too much to Philly. If only he could get that ring

Also, I think it'll be a stretch for King to make it. He had one really dominant year, and a couple of good ones. He is starting to decline a lot, and I doubt he will consistently hit the ball enough times to get to 3k. I didn't really go into this trying to make the best player I wanted a realistic one and I think King will have had a good career by the end
