So Southpaws and Caspers will both be in Diamond next season, as they both made the playoffs. The third OL team in Gold this year, Kansas Rangers - OL, also will be in Diamond next season.

That means, unless Shinbone Stars - OL got relegated, they will also be in Diamond next season and we will be able to have enough teams for a Diamond our league champion.

Actually, I just checked, and Shinbone will indeed get relegated, meaning that there will NOT be an Our League Championship in Diamond next season :-(

Bronze playoff update:

Brigadoon and Waffletown both fail to advance, leaving just Annandale and Terra Incognita to represent OL in the post season.

Thought I posted this earlier today. Guess I hit preview post instead on submit reply. Can't begin to tell you how many times this senior has had that moment.


Anyway, the Four Tops are featured, my favorite and, in my opinion the best of the Motown label groups. They also never broke up, with only death ever diminishing their ranks. And they had the voice of Levi Stubbs, the true godfather of soul. Sorry, but James Brown, was just an ultra egotist who fired many a great player when they became too popular, the most egregious firing being that of Bootsie Collins. But Bootsie joined George Clinton and all was so much better.



I do believe that Palolo will be promoted because the promotion standings show 12 going up, and they qualify on that account.



Finally, good luck to everyone and please let's have another week where everyone gets tabbed. Gotta go play some games, so I will be deprived of seeing the pounding of Terra Incognita in real time.

Not 100% OL related but my Led Zeppelins are fighting it out with Daytona Beach of OL in the ALCS. The winner of the NLCS is a team on my license the Clippers that I let my buddy make all the decisions on since he doesn't have a computer.

S100's Daytona Beach Tortugas fall in the Sub-League series (upset), but the Tortugas, along with Vlora and Ring Road will be promoted for next season, leaving Ft. Huachuca alone in Stone.

With Highland and Terra Incognita falling short, OL teams are done for the year. Don't for get to hit submit. Let's have another perfect week and get four chases.

Hooterville fell short of making the playoffs this season which ended their streak of 5 years in a row of playing post season ball.


Hooterville's achilles' heel this year was their offense.


The Haymakers put up a late season rush getting up to within 1/2 of division leader Port Ruppert Mundys however, Port Ruppert won when it counted the most.


As other OL teams may have been experiencing, the Tournaments have gotten alot harder to win within the last few weeks.


I painstakingly collected 20 regular foil packs which took 1.5-2 weeks, and opened them today.


As with my usual pack luck, I only managed to get one 91 rated Live Diamond card, that has a resale value, a little higher than the 4,000pp Diamond minimum.


I also only collected 2 Live Gold cards that are not worth trying to sell in the AH, and will have to sell for the Gold minimum 1,000pp value.



All the remaining cards were either Bronze or Iron.


As have been determined many times in the past, this further backs up my position that if you need some good OL player cards, don't waste your valuable PP on acquiring foil packs...just get them from the AH.

Hidden Valley pulled a live Steve Trout from a pack a couple of weeks ago and left OL. Couldn't bear to part with it. Too bad about Jefferson Valley. Seems they've had a couple of problems this season, sort of like what happened to Bluffton last year, only they really got bounced a lot.


I guess I'll be doing silver since all three of my teams will be there, I assume. Just now getting ready to fire up PT. Here's to a great week.

Im the only OL team in B.239. Looks like I will be getting the week off, with only 7 games scheduled vs other OL teams in the other Conference. Good luck guys!

Remember the schedule changes after the first sim at 10am-hopefully you pick up a few more.

Fifth week for my Jefferson Valley team and they only got placed with everyone else 2x.
