Why wouldnt you guys get rid of the background for those Hall of Fame Plaques. I mean the players are shown without those backgrounds in other parts of the game. To me, it those plaques look terrible with a baseball field behind the players faces.

So you'll see much more variety than you see in that screenshot.

This is also a feature we hope to add on in the future to create even more immersive and in-depth HOF plaque writeups, that are specifically tailored to each inductee.

I actually dig the look of the field backgrounds on the plaques.

Will it also clean up things like mentioning that a pitcher had 0 saves? That would obv. never get mentioned when written by a human.

Regardless, they look great.

Is there any way to have the HOF plaques ONLY include Major League stats?

I didn't like how in previous versions, the Minor League stats of the players were also included in the career totals. This isn't ideal.

Not sure if that's an easy fix, but if it could be brought to Markus attention that would be great.

I seem to recall that postseason MVP awards were mentioned in the past, but I don't see them in the screenshot Jeff posted. Are they in or out?

In! It's not in the settings screen grab but they are awarded.

As far as I know there's no way in the text editor to exclude an item if it's zero, it's either there or not. That being said, if it's possible before release, I may just strike out the statistics parts of these little blurbs... In the ones you see here they are all that is written, but as stated I had created some new personality-based blurbs more similar to what you see on a real HOF plaque, but did have the general stats at the bottom. However, they are visible right on the other side of the plaque, so might just leave the stats out so it's not so jarring and awkward when it does call up a stat that is zero.

(There;s one that is 1 regional championships MVP award) which I assume is a postseason award.

That doesn't really answer the question. So there will or won't be two games shown in the 7-day lineups when doubleheaders are scheduled?

Yes, "regional championships MVP award" is the RBL equivalent of the World Series MVP in the RTR league. There is also an icon for this award on the player profile, I just can't remember the exact one.

Thanks, I don't know how I missed that. It would be awesome if we could select the stats that we want in that pop-up box.
