This was a drama-filled game! First, Logan Verrett, who hadn't appeared in the Majors in seven years, pitched a great game in his Blue Jays debut! He allowed only one earned run over seven innings. But the Dodgers came back in the later innings to force extras. TWO Jays were forced from the game after Ryan Pepiot was little too aggressive with his inside pitches. Both Willi Castro and Alex Kirilloff are now nursing injuries. But it was one of the players who replaced an injury, Damiano Palmegiani, that collected the RBI single in the 11th to give Toronto a walk-off, 6-5 win over L.A. Michael Turconi homered for the Jays. WP - Lou Trivino (1-0) LP - Reynaldo Lopez (1-2) Record - 10-18

Omar Narvaez homered in the 8th to force extras. WP - Aaron Civale (2-1) LP - Brusdar Graterol (0-1) Record - 11-18

An absolute steal. The fans are unhappy unfortunately. George was pretty popular. Edman joins the Jays.
