Between the Mets, the Gamecocks and this, it's…not my favorite September, let's just say.

A reminder, the 2018-2019 Clippers (starting five of Zubac, Galinari, Landry Shamet, Pat Beverly and SGA; key reserves Lou Williams, Jalen Green, Montrezl Harrell) set the all-time record with that 31-point comeback against Durant and the Warriors in the playoffs, and that was a squad that had been stripped down to create cap space.

(That team loved comebacks; in Tobias Harris's last game before the trades, they came from 25 down at Detroit, then they went to Memphis and got whupped because they could only dress 8 players while waiting for the new guys to arrive, then in Shamet's first game, they came from 28 down in Boston. Drama every game.)

And look what they did with it. Sigh.

So glad the TNT crew came over to ESPN, especially if it means no more Kendrick Perkins.

Tonight's early gem. They're talking about the race in the West. Shaq asks Charles if he's off the Clipper train. Charles, as dry as usual says, well Kawhi has 2 jobs
