Quote:
The Vikes’ defensive front just absolutely throttled the Packers.

That Packers need better play calling/routes and Aaron Rodgers needs to learn when to throw the ball away. While they weren't all his fault, being sacked that many times is pathetic.
Anyway, now that Our Favre got his "revenge" against the Packers, will he finally retire for good after this season? One can only hope.

As long as he comes and says he's playing next year right after the season is done with then no one should have a problem with that. He's proven that he can still play on a high level, now whether he can do that through 16 games remains to be seen. But if he does and makes up his mind quickly, he should definitely play next year.

All I can say is that it's a lot easier for me to like Farve in purple (or any color) after this game. If this keeps up I might even say something good about Childress (Don't hold your breath Tim Brewster -it ain't gonna happen to you). He got pretty good protection and looked completely in synch with the receivers finally. Peterson didn't do much but his mere presence on the field opened up things for the passing game. I just hope they don't have a let down against the woeful Rams next week. 5-0 would look pretty good , especially if the Bears lose next week.
