"The Nervous Greek" is shown in B/W in his Yanks image in the Batters pack, which is understandable, as he wasn't in pinstripes for very long. (Just 6 games before he was farmed out, er, traded to Kansas City.) This detail from a Hy Peskin spring training shot is perhaps not in close enough, and the umpire is in the picture, but it is in Glorious PeskinColor. So enjoy.

Long-time Phillies stars Granny Hamner (SS-2B) and Willie Jones (3B) were dealt from the Phillies to the Cleveland Indians near the end of their careers in 1959.Hamner was the first to be traded to Cleveland (for Humberto Robinson) on May 16. He stayed for the rest of the season.Jones was traded 3 weeks later on June 6 (for Jim Bolger). He was an Indian for 25 days before being sold to the Cincinnati Reds on July 1.My requests would be:A. For photos of Hamner & Jones as Indians (separately) - and B. Even better would be a photo or photos of the two of them together as '59 Indians (If such a photo exists).

Vina is represented in the Batters Pack only by his last two teams, the Cardinals and Tigers. He was originally a Mets farmhand, but made his big league debut as a Mariner, after the M's claimed him in the Rule V draft.

The Mariners decided not to keep Vina on the ML roster for all of 1993, and so eventually returned him to the Mets. He made the big club the next season. I had a devil of a time finding a Mets image, and had to rely on the baseball card pic, as seen below. The facepack edit seems decent, though, even if it is almost a profile shot. And even if Vina is wearing a stupid Spring Training shirt [/pet peeve]. Enjoy.

And the last missing team for Vina is the one he became a regular with, after the Mets sent him to Milwaukee as the PTBNL in the trade for Doug Henry. (Sigh.) Vina was an All-Star in 1998 for the Brew Crew.

Again, not a great selection of images. The one I used is a nice pic, but Vina is in a BP shirt, not a game jersey. But the best game jersey pic I could find was on the baseball card, and that image is too rough to use for a facepack pic, IMO. Oh, well.
