Frank Williams
This Frank Williams is shown as an older man wearing a Chicago American Giants uniform. As best I can tell, this is outfielder Frank Williams, who was with the 1959 Memphis Red Sox and 1960 Kansas City Monarchs. If I'm correct about this, he was HOFer Billy Williams' older brother, and his full name was Franklin Delano Williams. Franklin Delano Williams also played in the minor leagues in the Pittsburgh Pirates' system from 1955 through 1958.
