For those wondering the updated pack will post not today (beta release for testing) but on the 13th for official release day. It will, of course, also be on Steam that day.

Also if someone is curious, I'll continue to do the FGs for the pack decade by decade until the 2020s before I'll start playing OOTP2027 (even if I'll buy it friday) so the project will finally see an end this spring... it's about time I have started doing FGs for more than one project since day one (OOTP2012 maybe?).

They will be served up in the pack on Friday with the compilation pf all the updates and reposting of the pack

LOL. When I keel over someone can inherit it and take her to 3.0. Someday I hope to get to 2.1. :P

And the "fun" isn't creating the FGs... it's removing the clutter accumulated since 10 or more years in the old file.

Unless Lans did it already which impress me for sure :-)

Since day one for me when we learned that FG were added to OOTP and we rushed to produce them before release... Gambo was the leader of the project, I forgot what year it was (2010, 2011, 2012... the hell if I remember) and, for those who remember, the zombie looking players came from that blind initial rush :-)

Well, I guess I just need to know when it's updated enough that I need to download it again.

What you should do between release is download what I do as they will be in the pack when Lans do is update during the year, so I make them available in advance... don't for what is linked now since they will be in friday update anyway.

It's generally great, there's just a few bad facegens of very minor players still that sneak through.

Besides filling in nonexistent players I've also been trying to catch some of the less-optimal fgs and updating them. I'm happy to take a stab at any players you think need updating too. Feel free to lmk if you see any.

I know Lansdowne has incorporated many of my minors-focused FGs in the larger pack before so they could end up in there eventually too.

Out of curiosity, is anyone working on facegens for Negro League players? There's some scattered about, but they could definitely use some love.

. It’s a priority for me now that the NeL mod is done and have time and was just deep in those bios.

But ask specific names here is someone is a priority for ya as always.

OK, thanks. Give me a couple days and I will compile a list. I have 339 players currently in my leagues listed as lacking facegens, but many of those are from unlicensed leagues (presumably not allowed to ask for those -- wish we had access to Cuba and Mexico from the NeL era) or old minor leaguers. The first one I'll ask about is Spottswood Poles (polessp01 / poles-000spo) -- he only played one season in the "majors", but had a long career before that.
