Not only do we have Ron Roenicke of the Padres, but Sir Lurksalot (our resource for all things Friars, apparently), posted it in the thread, less than a month ago.

Check page 650 and there he be. (Only a small size, though; I don't know how big you were looking for.)

Baseball-Birthdays put up a nice selection of Foy images on page 417 of the thread*, but here's a Red Sox image he didn't include. From the 1967 Dexter Press Red Sox set, I like it because it's a home uniform and a straight-on shot, so you can see the "Red Sox" right across the front, which the other images don't have. (cheech411 used this image for his Foy/Sox pic, but it looks somehow stretched and flat there; I don't know why.)



*-that assortment was 3 Sox images, 2 Mets, and 1 Washington; apparently, Kansas City Foys are a bear to find. The only one I easily located was actually the Mets stamp image, with a "KC" airbrushed onto the cap. Anybody got anything better?

Also from the Dexter Press set, here's Hank Fischer, the Pride of Yonkers. (Westchester County, represent! ) His Red Sox image in the Pitchers Pack is a road uniform shot and his head is so far back you almost lose the "B" on the cap; I like the straight-on shot here better, even with the face/shadow issue.

Thank you Amazin69! dexter has some great photos. I had the Foy one but not the Fischer. Although my preference for photos is from just below the belt up, the Fischer photo made a nice addition to my set. Thanks again

Dalton Jones's Red Sox pic in the Batters Pack is perfectly fine, but he is in a batting pose, so you don't see much of the uniform. Dexter Press, OTOH, had exactly one pose and they're sticking to it, so here's your chance to see "Red Sox" on Dalton's chest.

Nice work on the Joe Foy; good to know that we didn't trade Amos Otis and Bob Johnson to KC for the dark blur which was Joe's previous Royals image in the batters pack.

On the subject of Kansas City, I'll give up and admit my quest to find a Reggie Jackson Kansas City A's image has utterly failed. I admit I'm flabbergasted; here's the #2 overallpick in the 1966 draft, a highly touted collegian, who plays more than half of the 1967 season with Kansas City (and only started late due to military commitments)…and I can't find a single pic of him with a "KC" on his cap. (Barring one obvious [and poor] paste job, that is.) This despite Reggie's going on to be a HOFer, and arguably the most famous player of the 1970s.

Instead, all I've got for Reggie in Kansas City is his contract-signing in 1966.



(That's GM Ed Lopat with him; those who read Ball Four know that Reggie had better check that "$85,000" contract to make sure Lopat didn't change the figure surreptitiously. [Lopat was infamous for agreeing to one contract amount on the phone, and then short-changing the player after he'd driven to Bradenton for Spring Training.])

Rico's Batters Pack image actually has a fair share of facial shadow itself (because Rico is kneeling and looking down at the low-angle camera). So, if it's shadowed either way, why not stand him up and let Dexter Press do their stuff?

As with Dalton Jones, Tillman's Batters Pack image shows him in a batting position. This alternative from the Dexter Press set is offered for those who prefer their images, in the words of Heart, "Straight On".

Ok, this is not an original as you will obviously know, but like you, I gave up long ago trying to find one. I cant find the photo that was airbrushed. I only have the card I made from it. I might be able to find it though.
