Ukbaseballfan's submissions are equally as valid as yours Cheech. I have no idea why you are so combative when others try to actually HELP you by submitting possible upgrades. It makes no sense to me, especially when Tnfoto already explained to you that this is a public forum and other people will participate if they so choose. I have included his previous quote for your viewing pleasure and I hope we can all work together for common goals.

I appreciate any upgrades to any images I have posted. I already emphasized that I would be grateful if that were to take place. It is collaboration not bullying and I am grateful for enhanced images you have posted. However, the point of my posts seems somehow to have escaped you. The posts were consistent of the theme being that 1937 was the year that the Dodgers played in green, so the images I submitted were specifically from that year, so many of your alternatives were not valid in that context as they depict the players in traditional Dodger blue from OTHER years, and yes I did check them and I was already aware that they existed.

Finally please confirm to the standards that everybody else seems to have no problem with. Please put the identity of the player you are posting on the title line. This enables users to effectively utilise an invaluable tool on this site, namely the search facility.

Here's my try at Jamie Burgos. Those old newspaper clippings are hard to work with. I liked the one you did though. Sometimes the only way to learn is to experiment and improvise until you find a process that works.

THANKS. The Bernhardt was a black blob. found the way to lighten by mistake by accidently hitting the wrong button so played till I got something half decent. still trying to work with gimp. learning as I go along.
