Graphics Collection from CD's Ultra-Fine House of Style

Unfortunately, when I try to periodically download several items that have been or are now on Photobucket, I often can't download them in png format. A window periodically pops up with the webp format being the one listed, and png and other formats not being listed by default. This problem affects many graphics on the forums, in truth. Therefore, I am currently unable to download them directly. I have the Photobucket embed fix enabled, but this still happens for me, to be sure.

It doesn't matter who the designer of those items may be or was, but I still get windows like that popping up often when I try to do as described. I don't know why, and I don't know if OOTP-related graphics saved in that format can be usable for teams and/or leagues in the game's various versions for sure. As far as I know, OOTP only supports JPG and/or PNG format graphics for teams and leagues, when it comes to logos, caps, and uniforms, at the present time.

Except for the free agents that you create yourself, if you haven't already, that is, each season, EC. In reality, I think you and I won't actually see 2071 in this life, seeing as you're already in your eighties, and I'm in my late forties I think Jesus will come long before then, and by the time that year arrives in reality, I think we'd be in the Millennial Kingdom, dwelling in the New Jerusalem, or somewhere nearby, with Jesus on David's Throne in Jerusalem.

It should be interesting to see if the IPA has a good 2071 season, I think, with you largely letting the AI run things, where possible and all. Of course, if something doesn't go well enough for your tastes here, perhaps you can take over certain matters for it again easily enough, you know, Eugene.

Will certainly be watching your IPA this next season, and for however long the Freemans, at least, play in it, for sure, EC. I hope you'll actually be able to use the proper All-Star logos and caps and uniforms when needed too, obviously. CD out.

I noticed that jg2977 put Arthyr Gyolgi Freeman on Hillsboro instead of Glasco, for some reason. I wonder why. I thought that he would start his career with Glasco, instead of Hillsboro. But he hasn't, evidently. I'm happy to see that he actually had a great first season for himself, but am quite surprised to see him on a totally different team than expected in 1955, to be honest.

Maybe jg2977 can have him traded to the Celtics or have Gordon Clyde traded to Hillsboro, or both sent to the same team, if it's not either the Celtics or Blazers that they're both on together, so that they can play together with each other. Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens with them both, then, of course. CD out.

Just follow the players no matter where jg2977 places them... don't make it complicated... keep it simple... just be happy he is including the players in his league.

The reason I say this is because I was born the year before my Homegone brother was, and I kind of imagine AG to be a sort of parallel to him, had he been able to have a reasonably normal enough life for himself. But as things turned out, that never happened for my brother, in any case. Of course, neither of us actually played baseball, but still, I often wonder what his life would have been like had he been able to have a more normal one in it, I have to say, including the idea that he might have liked sports and all had that been the case for him.

Thanks again for putting both of the Freemans into your league, for sure, though, EC. I'll certainly be keeping an especially close eye on them, you know, for as long as they each play in your IPA. CD out.

It's too late to change him to a right-handed hitter and thrower... the season has started.

So the Freemans would be on the team together, I took two rookies that made the team and changed the names to Freeman... that was the easiest way to do it.

No, it's definitely NOT too late to change their ages or handedness, or birthdays, EC. You can change them both at any time, actually, if you're in Commissioner Mode. You can even change their birthdates and where they're from, et cetera. It might show the wrong ages for them both in their respective previously-released scouting reports, but you can still change things as needed, for future reference. And then later scouting reports should hopefully have their proper ages for them as well, I think, once the needed and/or desired changes are made easily enough. Just so you know. CD out.

CD, I changed Gordon Freeman to a right-handed batter and thrower.

I made him a 2-way player... outfielder-first baseman... and starting pitcher.

That is all I will do... no more changes in the Freeman brothers profiles.

I adjusted his ratings from being left-handed to being right-handed... therefore he will not hit right-handers as well as he will hit left-handers.
This will hurt his career because he will face many more right-handers that left-handers.

From now on, you just follow the Freeman Brothers on my dynasty report... I will also give you regular updates each season and post them here in your thread... don't ask for anymore changes in the players profiles.

Just accept them as they are now.

It's a rudimentary map at the moment, and it won't be a map of a fictional nation that's very large either, size-wise or population-wise, for your information. Here is a rudimentary map I just created off the top of my head, more or less, featuring a fictional nation I just imagined today to at least a minimal degree. I will likely be creating another dynasty reporting thread to feature teams from that nation, and seeing how certain players perform in a league called the Good Times League, for your information, folks. I have some items made for at least two of the teams in that prospective dynasty thread, but I will certainly need help with some logos, at least, for most of that nation's teams, in any case.

But this is what I have for a map of the Prokiruan Republic so far, in any case. Red circles will represent the locations of teams in the Classic House part of the league, while blue and purple will represent the locations of teams in the Novel House part of it. Boise is the national capital, for it has a purple dot, folks.

The teams that will be the founding teams of the Good Times League's Classic House will be the Bethlehem Bards, the Chutaro River Citizens, the Crowley Hills Harriers, the Ferguson Firebrands, the Glastonbury Town Criers, the Mozart City Sonatas, the Putnam Valley Polyglots, and the Wyndham Ridge Exiles. While the teams that will found the Novel House will be the Atlanta Hustlers, the Boise Bossmen, the Cambridge Eggheads, the Granby Orators, the Motley Misfits, the New Horizons Park Imaginers, the Templeton Bay Slapsticks, and the Yerba Buena Borderlanders.

In a little while, like probably by the end of this week, if not sooner, I will likely create a new graphics request thread for at least logos related to those teams that may need them. I'll try to do the uniforms and caps for them myself, as best as I can, but I will certainly need help with at least some logos, if I can't find them on the forums myself first. Please stay tuned, and I'll let you know what I need, as soon as I know for sure, as best as I can, folks.

I thought that the main ground rules were that the Freemans could be on any team that you made uniforms for. So I chose Glasco for Gordon and Hillsboro for Arthyr. Hillsboro needed some help as they were down in the dumps as a team, and Glasco is a very good team already. You also made my New Yerby Mets uniforms, but as you said you dislike the Mets I didn't put either of them on that team.

I updated Arthyr's birthdate to March 10th, just as you desired. I'm not planning on making any more changes to the Freemans, so I hope that you're happy that I included them in the dynasty and let's watch their potential Hall of Fame careers play out.

I'll admit that I made some teams way too good, mostly the New Yerby Yankees, New Yerby Mets, Fairfax Frogs and Kenwood Wildcats, so I'll have to some tinkering next year to bring them back to Earth.
