Both in-game when making substitutions, and on the team lineups/pitching staff screens.

What's weird is that, in OOTP's current iteration, there doesn't seem to be a common link - sometimes the game seems to "remember" that you set the previous screen to an "All Pitchers" filter so it keeps it even if you switch to the batting tab - but not always; other times it appears to "remember" that you had the Pitching Stats view open on the Rotation screen, so it keeps that view the next time you go there - but not always; sometimes it just seems to outright default to certain views.

We really should have a standard here. I would not be in favor of defaulting to Batting Stats for some screens and Pitching Stats for others, because I create my own views for Batting and Pitching. If we have the game default to Batting Stats or Pitching Stats, that would royally screw with anyone who sets custom views. HOWEVER, if we could have the game "remember" which view you were last on in every single screen (i.e. Batting Stats in Lineup & Depth Charts or Pitching Stats in Rotation), that could work.

Perhaps an option in Preferences where you can set whether you want Views and Filters to "stick" from screen to screen, be "remembered" individually for every screen, or default to "standard" views for each screen.

I started a franchise in ootp14 and played through the 2013 season. If I continue into 2014 will it carry over when ootp15 is available, or will I have to start over again?

You can import any OOTP14 league into OOTP15.

Markus, Minor League Camp? Home Run Derby? 10 man Lineup? Split Squad Games? On Name affiliations page if it's a Minor League team be affiliated with any team from any league and a contract with the Team for like Richmond Braves with Atlanta Braves intill like 2017? The Dodgers/Diamondbacks starts season in Austria? Teams set their opening day rosters before opening day?

Perhaps he means the thing where league evolution changes the number of games, but OOTP cannot generate a sensible schedule due to interleague play being on.

That is not an acceptable fix.

The problem is the scheduling, not league evolution.

Celebrity All-Star Game?

Restricted free-agents would be same as getting Comp but more then one Draft Pick and Sign and Trades? Own rights to a Draft Picks because I have some who won't sign with my team but give them a chance in the future.

Yeah, this. Disabling a feature of the game to prevent it from breaking the game isn't a viable fix.
