There are no two ways to say this: the Toronto Blue Jays are a bad baseball team. It is amazing that I haven't been fired. (Note: not actually that amazing since I have it set to 'cannot be fired') Today the Rays beat the Jays, 8-1. WP - Aaron Civale (5-2) LP - Chris Bassitt (1-2) Record - 15-36

Despite losing so many games, some Jays are getting All Star attention.
Aaron Judge leads at RF. Anthony Santander is running in 2nd at LF (behind Bryan Reynolds, Twins). Nolan Arenado is in 3rd at 3rd. (Behind Jose Ramirez, Guardians, and Isaac Paredes, Rays.)

Not only did the Rangers beat the Blue Jays, 8-3 (despite a dramatic two run, inside-the-park homer by Ryan Noda), but David Fletcher suffered an intercostal strain in his second game as a Jay and will miss the next three weeks. Seven straight losses for Toronto. WP - Jon Gray (5-2) LP - Nathan Eovaldi (0-4) Record - 15-39
