Thanks, I appreciate all of the insight.

On the topic of contracts, it would be nice if contract deferrals and escalators were eventually added. I fully understand that those aren't and shouldn't be priorities right now, but it would help more accurately model the league (and would save me a lot of work doing them manually).

Zach Eflin's option year for 2026 is a $25m option, not a $10m option that the game has. It was previously $25m in the game, but it seems like this was accidentally switched to the "luxury tax" tab in spotrac.

Foster Griffin needs his service time juiced so he's a free agent after 2026, not on auto-renewal: https://www.spotrac.com/mlb/player/_...foster-griffin

Live start appears to be listing players as having played in fewer games than they actually have. Vladdy has 1, Judge only has 2 with only 1 HR (versus 2 like it's supposed to be), etc.

It looks like there's an issue with the player level data getting pushed from our stats provider being out of date. We've reached out to them to get this corrected asap.

EDIT: This should be fixed now.

I know if might be silly and many may not use coaches but with a quick look at my Phillies, I feel that Caleb Cotham is very underrated as he has been doing an amazing job with player like Christopher Sanchez, Jesus Luzardo, Ranger Suarez et al.

Also Preston Mattingly is listed as having 35 years experience which is cool and all but he is only 38 so might be tough. Yes I am being cheeky but I tend to look at minute things a lot

Ranger Suarez should have an opt-out after year 5 as the option is a mutual.

Trevor Story's opt-out was after year 4, which has already passed.

Sonny Gray should have an opt-out after year 3 as the option is a mutual. Year 3 should be for $11M (STL covering the rest). Year 4 should be for $30M.

Dbacks 1B coach Dave McKay is Canadian, born in Vancouver BC. (Note: McKay the player has this information correct, but McKay the coach has it wrong.)

  • Aroldis Chapman's year 2 should either be a mutual option or a vesting option with 40 IP. (It's a mutual that guarantees at 40 IP in real life.)
  • Garret Whitlock's year 6 should also be a team option.
  • Nick Martinez should have an opt-out after year 1 as the option is a mutual.
  • Cedric Mullins should have an opt-out after year 1 as the option is a mutual.
  • Taylor Walls should have his injury time reduced to 14 days (he was taken off the IL on 4/6).
  • Myles Straw's year 6 should also be a team option.
  • Jose Berrios' opt-out should be after year 5.
  • Anthony Santander should have an opt-out after year 3.
  • Seranthony Dominguez should have an opt-out after year 2 as the option is a mutual.
  • Austin Hays should have an opt-out after year 1 as the option is a mutual.
  • Anthony Kay should have an opt-out after year 2 as the option is a mutual.
  • Shawn Armstrong should have an opt-out after year 1 as the option is a mutual.
  • Framber Valdez's year 3 should be a player option.
  • Kyle Finnegan should have an opt-out after year 2 as the option is a mutual.
  • Bobby Witt Jr's first opt-out is after year 7.
  • Bobby Witt Jr's 4 year "extension" should be merged into his current contract.
  • Bobby Witt Jr's year 11 should be for $35M.
  • Seth Lugo's year 3 option should be for $17M.
  • Salvador Perez's year 2 should not be an option.
  • Justin Topa should have an opt-out after year 1 as the option is a mutual.
  • Brent Rooker's year 6 should be a vesting option at 500 plate appearances.
  • Carlos Correa should have years 9 and 10 moved into an extension, with year 7 becoming a vesting option at 575 plate appearances and year 8 becoming a vesting option at 550 plate appearances.
  • Tatsuya Imai's year 3 should be a player option.
  • Enyel De Los Santos should have his injury time reduced to 16 days (he was taken off the IL on 4/6).
  • Adam Frazier's year 1 should be for $1.75M.
  • Luis Castillo's year 6 should be a vesting option at 180 innings pitched.
  • Julio Rodriguez should have an 8 year contract, with year 8 being a team option at $30M. There should then be a 7-year extension at $30M per year. His contract is very convoluted, but that's how things stand at this moment with his 3 top-10 MVP votes from 2022-2025.
  • J.P. Crawford should have his injury time reduced to 12 days (he was taken off the IL on 4/2).
  • Andres Munoz's year 6 should be a team option.
  • Danny Jensen should have an opt-out after year 2 as the option is a mutual.
  • Jakob Junis should have an opt-out after year 1 as the option is a mutual.
  • Austin Riley's 1 year "extension" should be merged into his current contract and year 11 should be a team option.
  • Michael Harris II's year 9 should be a team option.
  • Reynaldo Lopez's year 4 should not be an option.
  • Ronald Acuna Jr.'s year 9 should be a team option.
  • Bo Bichette should have an opt-out after year 1.
  • Clay Holmes year 3 should have a player option.
  • Juan Soto's "extension" should be merged into his current contract.
  • Trea Turner's "extension" should be merged into his current contract.
  • Christopher Sanchez's year 3 should be $7M, year 4 $10M, year 7 $28M, year 8 $28M, and year 9 $32.5M.
  • Dylan Moore's year 1 should be for $1.85M.
  • Colt Emerson's extension needs to be added.
  • Cooper Pratt's extension needs to be added.

The following players should have a No-Trade Clause: Bobby Witt Jr., Byron Buxton, Lance McCullers Jr., Josh Hader, Mike Trout, Anthony Rendon (lol), Josh Naylor, Julio Rodriguez, Colt Emerson, Nathan Eovaldi, Jacob DeGrom, Francisco Lindor, Juan Soto, Bo Bichette, Trea Turner, Bryce Harper, Aaron Nola, Cody Bellinger, Aaron Judge, Max Fried, Giancarlo Stanton, Gerrit Cole, Carlos Rodon, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Max Scherzer, Jose Ramirez.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned for the O's:

Craig Albernaz: you can still turn into a coach as a former player. There could technically be 2 Alby's because of the one listed as the current manager.

Head Scout: It's listed as Will Roberston, who has the same name as the minor league outfielder, but it should be Matt Blood

Frederick Keys: Preston Wilson is the Manager.

Thanks for all the hard work!
