Looking at your picture from the park edit screen, it looks like your park is in a sub folder somewhere. In order for 3d Crowds to work the park folder must be in the Models folder, not in any subfolder or elsewhere. It needs to be like these folders.

adion, whenever I click on the link for your 3D ballpark files, it says that there are no files or that 'the owner of this file has not added any.' any solution to this?

I think you have the right thread and the right person. Where are you park folders located. They have to be in the Models folder.

I'm getting that, too. And the link you provided last just takes me the mediafire home page, if you want to call it that.

I don't know what is going on. When I click on the link I sent I get the list of all my different files. Try this:\

Process of downloading. Thanks. I don't know much about storage sites, but if I were to venture a guess, I'd say you access clicking the link because you're logged in. The rest of us are basically guests and need access through a different avenue.

In any event, I'll be looking these over as I select new parks for the league. In the old set, I was selecting a park and the view would look all tilted to one side and it was like playing hell to get the ship righted. Any clue what was behind that or was it just a fluke you think?

I guess I will have to give the link to each individual folder.

I have not seen what you are talking about. Can you give me and example or two. A screen shot as well would be good.

adion, if I view an historical park's jpg and it doesn't show a background, does that mean it doesn't have a background?

Another way of asking my, presumably, ignorant question: Will parks with backgrounds have jpgs with backgrounds?

I did not add a .jpg in the folder for each park. There may be a few with a background but not many. I guess I can go back and add them as I have the ones that I posted when I had parks ready for download. However, all the parks I upload have backgrounds. If you need a jpg of the park with background you can always use snip, snagit (which is what I use) and capture the image in the park edit mode and save it to the folder for that park. I eventually will add .jpgs to all the folders but I can't say when.

I'm seeing this in the view box when selecting 3D models and I do have my folders in the appropriate place. In addition, at least one park showed the view box just fine, but the entire screen went white around it. I cleared out the entire model directory last night, downloaded and placed all of the new parks in the folder. I'm starting to think 3D and I just aren't meant to be.

Edit: added placement of directory to confirm.

Be sure each individual ballpark folder is not "nested" inside a duplicate folder with the same name.
