I am curious why this is successful. It forces a person to search through every post to one, find one of interest, two find answer.

If you have a Folder of questions you can see/scan the list of appropriately titled questions

I must be missing how to successfully utilize this forum : ((

That isn't that point of this thread. This thread is for quick questions. I have no issue replying to the same thing 50 times. Most don't search the forum, so it's a convenient way to answer people's questions.

No relegation this year, and the exact format for relegation in future years is still uncertain, but appears likely to be significantly different than it has in the past. So it was removed this year in FHM.

Yes, that s right. This year and the next year there is no relegation and the winner of the second division can (if he want, especially for financials reasons) go up to the top. The idea is to haveb14 clubs for the 2022-2023 season. The league want Kloten to go up (historical club with a big budget). After that the future is uncertain (closed league ?).

All of this is a respond to the covid situation.

I understand that you want to stay accurate with the realty but the absence of promotion in the game limit the game possibility. That s take away a lot of fun.

"added new set of advanced stats, viewable in the Advanced (2) option of the stats dropdown for roster-type screens: zone starts, shootout stats, and 3-star selections"

will that be in the csv's as well?

No, only in-game right now.

Only if it's required for a playable league, e.g. teams being promoted/demoted between a playable and nonplayable league.

Is there a simple way to move teams between leagues e.g. PCHA to NHL, or WHA to NHL. I know I can add the team to the new league, then edit players across and remove the old team. Just wondered if there was an easier way?

Saw that with new explanations that the RW plays outside the box in Box+1 power play. Shouldn’t that be inside the box? The guy in the middle?

Yeah, I think I got that description wrong, I'll have to change that - it's the C that stays in the middle, while the box shifts around him depending on the puck's current location.

Would it be possible to implement these into FHM8?

Negotiate your own contract maybe make job targets and a bonus system, let contracts expire rather than the club automatically extends it so you can become free agent and maybe get a GM job elsewhere.

Agree with above post, more emphasis needs to be placed on being able to progress a career across different teams. The game feels too heavily geared up to remaining with the same team throughout at the moment.

If playing in historical is team expansion, folding and relocation limited to what happend

Also are the Kraken in the game?

Do you mean the NHL or in general? I can't remember the exact number, but it's quite a few. If you play Customized though, I think it's roughly 90 teams in a league? Something like that.

And you can, or you can change it.

Like if I started in historical mode at 1st NHL season and had no teams fold, relocation turned into expansion, plus offical expansion the league would get to 51 teams with the Kraken if in the game
