Lando survived his own brakes and finished 7th, but shoutout goes to Liam Lawson driving 69 laps with a fire in his car that nobody ever saw on screen. Such a whiny *** *****.

Oh yes, both the orange and red cars were hardly a factor, especially with Ferrari trying to repeat the 3-stop win from Barcelona, which backfired grandly, and Russell won thanks to being on pole, thanks to blasting through a crash site with minimal speed reduction or concern for anybody's life and limb.

Given that Lando almost had both front wheels taken off in a four wide into the first corner, every meager point he squirrels away today feels like a win...

Did we ever see how Ossie tore his wing off? Can't have been that scene.

Here is a suggestion: instead of losing laps waving the lapped cars past the safety car on restarts, have them line up at the REAR, and they do NOT get the lap back.
