![]() Diamond league: Aomori and Mount Hawke will beat up on each other in the AC East; while Waffletown will get a handful of interleague games in the NC East, but not enough to hit the 10 minimum Last edited by stl jason; 10-10-2022 at 09:55 AM. |

![]() Those interleague games tend to shuffle around a bit by opening day. Unfortunately, this time Waffletown didn't gain any extra games/series, they just got more games against Aomori and fewer against Mount Hawke. Shouldn't the interleague games always be a home and away series? |

Actually, as far as scheduling goes, you said it best a couple of weeks ago that, in a promotion/relegation scheme, a balanced schedule is by far the most fair and logical. Rivalries mean nothing in a computer simulation, so there's no need to weight schedules by conference or division. Short of that, it would be nice if "friends" carried more weight. Claptown got the hot start. The Rustlers are yet to get going.

Los Angeles won its only game to grab the lead. Greenland has yet to play.

Aomori off to a perfect start in OL play. At the other end, Waffletown on pace for a trip back to Gold

Parity, thy name is OL I177. New Zealand has the slight edge in the early going, but it looks to be a slugfest for the title this season.

Shinbone moves into first as the action heats up.

Diamond league:
Aomori might just want to have practice games against themselves if they are looking for some competition as the gap between them and Mount Hawke/Waffletown is more of a grand canyon at the moment

It's been awhile since Mount Hawke's pitching staff collectively sucked as badly as they have so far this week! I hope they're gonna bounce back at some point.

Claptown still holds the top spot, but Coney Island are breathing down their necks.

The canyon narrows to more of a chasm as Aomori dips perilously close to dropping below an .800 winning percentage against OL competition. |

Iron:
Colorado Springs surges to the top. (Which is ok, since a surge in Colorado is much different than a surge in SW Florida )

Claptown have pulled away a bit from Coney Island. Mevagissey are 13-4 against everyone other than Claptown.
