The Pitchers' Pack image of Sparma's last season is in black & white (and heavily-shadowed). This Topps image from that season's training camp improves on it.

As with Martinez, above, we have the original, my tweak to that original, a 180x270 cutdown, a head shot (102x153 this time) and the headshot reduced to 90x135 and tweaked again. Enjoy.

Thought I would share a few more of the cards we transformed today. If anyone wants the actual psd photo files, you'll have to let me know. I cant post them here. One of the coolest ones we did today was Dick Nen. For a long time now I have been trying to find something other than the chest up photos and today finally found the attached black and white photo. Mark really did a remarkable job on it and I found a nice wrigley field background that matched up great.
