Powers rakes, but the Twinkies are too much for NYY and they move on to the WS. Girard and KJ are rocked to sleep by LAD's pitching and are bounced from the playoffs. |

Girard's around a while, still have a good farm system. Young enough to hit FA later on. I'd prefer to extend with the Mets.

Keeran signs a HUGE extension, totals 9yrs 318mil. He has a player opt out after the 6th year, so the final 3 are optional.
1. 31 mil 2. 32 mil 3. 33 mil 4. 34 mil 5. 35 mil 6. 36 mil Opt out 7. 38 mil 8. 39 mil 9. 40 mil 750k hitter award bonus He wanted a 9 year 46mil per deal, but negotiated down to a more reasonable 35 per avg |

Big news on the coaching front:
King was hired by Miami to lead the team with a 2yr deal at 398k per. Powers finally gets another coaching gig after sitting out the past 4 years and will lead Houston with a 3yr 735k per deal. Last but not least, Nuka is moved up from the hitting coach in AA to bench coach in Chicago for the palehose. He has 1yr left at 144k per. Keeran is still with the UVV and has 1yr left with a Good reputation. Snyder is bouncing around the PECOS with a Fair reputation. Marks and Long are still with Austin and Tampa respectively. |
