This time, I did update every season folder as well so if you want the cards sorted by season and team, you need to download everything but the update only which is also available to those who dont wish to have the cards sorted by year/team. The update only file has 1000 cards.

The "Senators" picture of Carlos in the Pitchers' Pack is clearly just his White Sox picture with Sennies cap photoshopped on (and the pinstripes added in). Nice enough, but not needed any more as Topps recently released a nice group of 1971 spring training pictures of Carlos.

(The lack of the 1969 centennial patch on the sleeve indicates that this is Spring Training of '71, not '70; although Carlos did not make the team that year, he was at the Last Senators Camp Ever, being shipped out to AAA Denver, where he spent the 1971 and 1972 seasons.)

Since all of the Topps images are suitable to be edited for mugshots, I won't bother to choose and I'll just present the full-size pictures instead. (Including an exposure/sharpness-enhanced version of the one pic that IMO needed it.)

B/W pictures from media guides in 1983 and 1986. Sorry for the incomplete caps but I scanned the full image appearing in the guides.

He grew a mustache between his 2 stints with the Expos.

I'm looking for help with some early Phillies (1883-1924). The players in question are not listed in the Missing Players List of this website. However, photos of the players I'm about to list for the most part are in the Barely Acceptable or Not Acceptable to most collectors Quality Category.
I would appreciate it if members can supply the best quality photos they have of the following. (Year Given is the player's 1st year with the Phillies.)
Any team uniform is acceptable majors or minors and non-uniform dress is okay also.

[Expos 1969-2004]

Pascual Perez who had an 11 season career was killed at his home in the Dominican Republic today. Perez played for the Braves, Pirates, Expos and Yankees. He was 55.

The colourful pitcher was known for his jheri curl hairdo and his odd expressions on the mound like shooting batters with an imaginary finger-gun.

Here are two additional options for Bill (William Dighton) White, the first image picturing him with the 1888 St. Louis Browns and the street clothes image as a member of the 1885 Washington Nationals.

Both ca. 1884. I've used a version of the photo at right to upgrade the Facepack.

bmarlowe points out in the latest Mystery Photo Supplement that the Facepack photo of Tip O'Neill actually pictures someone else. I have replaced it with this confirmed image.

I fixed up the 1963 card I had and then went ahead and did a conversion for a 1964 Mets cards. It turned out pretty well, especially after my friend Mark better synched the blues from the hat, belt and jersey.

Very nice work cochise! (And Mark.) And what I'm about to say in no way diminishes this…but these are the sort of things you know about your team as a fan.

As a "1964" card, it's logical that Topps would be using a 1963 photo of Graham. But the Mets didn't have numbers on the front of the 1962-1963 uniforms. And, even if you postulate that this was a "late series" card issued in August with a 1964 uniform, the 1964 (and 1965) unis had a special World's Fair/Shea Stadium sleeve patch, in place of the regular Mets logo you depict. This particular combination (number on the front, Mets logo on the sleeve) didn't debut until 1966; Casey never wore that. (And neither did Wayne Graham.)

Again, just nitpicking brought on by fannish attachment. My admiration for the quality of the work still stands. Thanks again.

Doug Simons pitched less than 6 innings for the Expos in 1992. Surprisingly, he was included in the Donruss set in 1993. He also had played briefly for the Mets in 1991.

The only Crowley image I have comes from his N284 Buchner Gold Coin card, which is unfortunately quite generic. On the card he is pictured as a member of the 1887 LaCrosse Freezers.

Richert's current Cardinals pic in the Pitchers' Pack is in black and white. Here he is in glorious Redbird red, at Spring Training after being traded by the Dodgers for Tommie Agee:



Looking a bit off to one side, it's true, but I think the color makes up for that. Enjoy.
