Record: 51-39, 1st, 6 GA Kansas City
Nick Shaw scored the winning run from third base when Cincinnati relief pitcher Mike Goldblatt was called for a balk with one out in the bottom of the 13th inning, as St. Louis defeat the River Sharks in the final game before the All-Star break at Busch Stadium (2006). The victory gave the River Walkers wins in two of three games in the series. Shaw had led off the inning with a single off Goldblatt.
