thanks! already have 3 teams, no money spent. will do right now. are the mission SE cards eligible? Project Mayhem has no money & no lives on roster, but a good amount of SE reward cards (working on replacing them, but it's gonna be slow).

Live collection rewards are eligible. You just can't play the lives themselves.

B202 is where five OL teams meet up. Very similar to how the Muse won their last crown.
Ring Road, Daytona Beach, and Fort Huachuca are in the AC, with Otonokizaka and Transylvania in the NC. Daytona Beach - 20 games Fort Huachuca - 7 games Otonokizaka - 11 games Ring Road - 23 games Transylvania - 7 games Total Games: 68 I have probably done bad math (like always), but that's the tally I have. Fort Huachuca and Transylvania will not be able to vie for a crown, but they can definitely play spoiler. |

The first page of this thread lays out exactly what the requirements are, and what cards are eligible. It is strongly suggested that you keep live and furture legends on your inactive roster, where they won't slip onto the active roster should the AI have a brain fart, which has happened. From the inactive roster, they'll be available for tourneys and other missions. Welcome! |

Asheboro Road Dogs blew the team up the last couple of days. Sold all the SE cards, only completed the NL Lives, and bought into a 1980's theme team. Wanted to try something different since the Road Dogs were stuck between Iron and Bronze.
Rotation includes: Don Sutton (97), John Candeleria (89) and Rick Rhoden (89) Lineup includes: Eddie Murray (93), Mike Greenwell (89) and Tony Gwynn (81) Most likely won't be that competitive, but we weren't anyways. At least the names i'm getting are bringing back the joy of opening packs back in the 80's. We will work to improve on our 80's theme.

Gold
Asylum holds the top spot after day one with Norwood and Hamtramck also playing .700 ball or better.

Port Ruppert Grabs Early Lead in OL S250
The Mundys swept a pair of home and away series from Left Coast to set the pace, in what should be a spirited chase in 2037. K-Town has yet to begin action, but does have at least a 20-game OL slate on tap.
In PT, I believe I've found the right group of attachments to give the picture. |

My other teams are also slowly selling off many of the SE cards. When you get to diamond you find out that those cards won’t take you very far in that league. So I’m always looking to upgrade, though it’s naturally a slow process. In fact, Brigadoon just sold Suzuki because he didn’t fit the theme. I hate to sell a player like that but sometimes you got to do it! Also in the back of my mind, I figure that if it turns out to be a bad move and I need to re-purchase the card it shouldn’t be that hard because there’s always 1 billion of them in the auction house. |

Syrups just picked up a "reasonably" priced Bid McPhee to add to their old timey lineup (average year for the 26 man roster now at 1903); so just need one more batter to finish off the 1800s batter mission and the 1800s MVP mission (hopefully sooner than later, cause that Cap Anson will fit in quite nicely
)... but will need to save up a bunch now to afford that last piece.(edit: just pulled a Deacon White from a pack already have him, but at least he should bring in a good chunk of funds to go towards that last mission card)

I168 early returns
Light action in Iron 168. All four teams are in the NC.

I am quitting the game, but before I go, I removed the -OL from my team so you don't waste time tracking an abandoned team. Thanks, and good luck.

So rules team-When I do standings tomorrow I assume I remove all Hamtramck games or do you want to let them roll until the end of this week and if they win the second place team gets the crown since while not managed the impact won't be felt short term.
People have stated they were leaving at the end of a week last year but this is the first mid-season dropout I can remember. |

Save yourself the counting
If the -OL and + are gone, it'll be a little harder to see in the report. He's leaving on his own, so I would just drop them from the standings now and re-figure them. That Tiger looked so good with the gold crown.

Bright Spot in Dark Season
As the Terra Incognita Rustlers seemingly sink through silver on their way from gold to bronze, earnings have been poor, until Lefty Grove took the mound, and racked up a 10,000 PP game. Wow!

Meanwhile, Ring Road, which, due to the high percentage of Live Mission rewards cards dominating their roster, should really change their name to "The Special Editions", has pulled out to an early lead in the standings. |

Port Ruppert Maintains Lead in OL 250
The Mundys won their only series to retain the lead as OL swung into wider action. A well-rounded group of contenders would seem to portend a spirited race.

Gold
I thought I posted this-so I either don't see it, didn't hit post after I put it together or just need more coffee in general.
Jefferson Valley backs its way into the top spot with Hamtramck folding (the Rebs were 4-8 vs. the Tigers) Asylum still holding steady. PT standings below-enjoy them, I'm heading to my espresso machine.... |

I have yet to ever open a Historical Pack.
Have any of you guys opened any? If so, have you been getting anything good? I have a history with having very bad luck on opening standard packs and I am very hesitant on blowing a bunch of hard earned PP on Historical Packs. My plus-side thinking is that I am 100% sure all 6 cards will be OL usable. My negative-side thinking is that I am just afraid that 5 out of the 6 cards will be Iron or Bronze! (I am only interested in Gold or higher) Any feedback on your past experience with opening Historical Packs would be most welcome. Thanks in Advance |
