Among his many, many stops in his long career (eight, plus the Royals' camp in '69), color photos of Orlando Pena have been relatively common, as he posed for Brace and Topps with apparent equal cooperation.
The except was the mostly Indians 1967 season, when he was sold off by the pennant-bound Tigers on May 2, after only two appearances. He made 48 appearances (0-3, 8 saves, 3.36 ERA) but I've had a devil of a time finding true color in Tribe vestage. He was sent to the minors by the Indians in '68, but was bought by the fledgling Pilots during that season as one of their very first players under contract. The Royals picked him at the start of the '69 training camp, but in the minors he remained. He did not return to the majors until 1970, with the Pirates.

Anyway, found this on Worth Point, had it colorized by zappa, and now I'm sharing. If anyone has true color of Pena with Cleveland, would be eager to share it as well.

A great photo from the one-game tenure of owner Ted Turner as Atlanta Braves manager. It would seem he is getting sage advice from pitching coach Johnny Sain that is going in one ear and out the other.
