Too bad Javier.

I tried to send a few e-mails to get the Canadian belt as well and not even a reply.

I find it very hard to believe that these championship belts are supposed to be so important to these organizations and the fighters yet many don't even have a good picture of their TITLE BELT on their websites.

p.s. Javier-I see where you [and some others] had tried to talk to me a couple of times on MSN Messenger....I have a new computer and MSN keeps firing up on me and going online when I am not here!!! I come home and find several one-sided conversations from folks sitting on my screen.

So I'm not ignoring anybody out there.....

I still shake my head when I look at the Canadian sites as well as the Commonwealth and a few others...and no pick of their belts. I even saw one site that has a ring on it for the champ....how the hell do you put a ring on after a fight with gloves on or swollen knuckles.

Just came across this beauty. Wish there was a spot in the fighter's primary info page to place the title belt picture. Hate to see it relegated to the back page.

It's Floyd Patterson's Ring Magazine belt awarded to him for recapturing the title from Ingemar Johannsson (sic). A firm called Loans-are-us is selling it on E-Bay and asking five yards for it to start. Wish I had the money to buy it.
