Waffletown will have some roster changes heading into the 2033 season:

-Adam Wainwright spent some time in the offseason honing his game and will arrive with improved ratings all around.

and two new players will join the team:

100 SP - Robin Roberts (1950)

and

100 LF - Lou Brock (1969)

Mark Langston and Minnie Minoso will be sent to the reserves to make room on the roster. Brock will take up residence in the lead-off role and patrol left field. Roberts will join the starting staff in the 5th slot.

Management would like to thank Langston and Minoso for the years of service to the team. Langston played for 10 years with Waffletown, amassing a 108-97 record, 4.29 ERA, 1830.2 IP, 1712 strikeouts, 19.2 WAR, and 2 Great Glove awards. Minoso was with the team for 11 years, appearing in 1307 games, with 1408 hits, 68 home runs, 600 RBIs, 699 runs scored, 385 stolen bases, .291 average, 22.8 WAR, 1 All-Star team selection and 1 batting crown.

Sadly, South Holland and Cleveland were both eliminated from the AC side. Meanwhile, Gettysburg and Port Ruppert will face off for the NC conference title.
I guess you have to make the final eight to be eligible for the final six for promotion. South Holland will be promoted to silver despite losing one more game than another team. That team lost in the wild card, while the El Caminos were in the division finals by virtue of their division title. They will be joined in silver by Port Ruppert and Gettysburg. Cleveland will remain in bronze.

Silver standings, anybody?

Thanks, Magus. By the way, I stopped doing the all-time sheet after PT 20. It just got too hard to track down playoff records. The only thing we keep now is regular season totals on Jason's sheet.

We still have seven OL teams alive across six leagues in the PT playoffs. Hartford in rookie, Gear Terrace in stone, Sugar Hill in iron, Port Ruppert and Gettysburg in bronze, playing each other for a spot in the series, Texarkana in silver, and Silly in gold.

The layout for next week is as follows. I thought the way I did it last week was a bit easier to follow, so that change will be permanent. This is what level the teams will be at next week, so "friend" those on the same line as you tonight (as well as at least one above and one below).

Rookie - Burnside
Stone - Hartford, Shoebox, Iron Maiden, Lumberton, Sunday
Iron - Gear Terrace, West Burlington, Otsego Lake, Gem City, Left Coast
Bronze - Daytona Beach, Inland Empire, Route 66, Las Vegas, Bluffton, Baltimore, Sugar Hill, Cleveland
Silver - Asheboro, Port Ruppert, Coney Island, Gettysburg, South Holland, Keystone, Boulder City, New York
Gold - Texarkana, Shinbone, Kaipo, HelthWyzer, Cedar Rapids, Algoma, Paxville, Boston, Waffletown

The math is coming harder than I thought for me. Gonna keep working at it and hopefully I'll have something before I go to bed.

Lesson learned: Magus sucks at counting and apparently flunked out of kindergarten.

The Bullets gained a measure of revenge by topping the Mundys, 4-2, to advance to the B233 PT series. Trailing 2-1, Gettysburg won three straight one-run games, winning the first two in come-from-behind, bottom-of-the-ninth fashion.

No update on the other OL playoff teams, as the PT servers are in a seeming lull.
