This team photo of the Cleveland Naps is pretty nice but lacked player identifications. Other than the obvious ones (Lajoie and Joss) can anyone help with this? I think it might be from 1909 season.

Deacon McGuire 4th player second row. Neal Ball 3rd player from the right bottom row. Joe Birmingham last player bottom row.

Thanks, I actually needed that Neal Ball photo. I wonder if that is Glenn Liebhardt on the top row, 3rd from left. Also, in the middle row 2nd from the right it looks like catcher Harry Bemis.

The player standing top left is taller than 6'3" Addie Joss (2nd from right, top row). The only player on the 1909 Naps roster who was taller than Joss is Cy Falkenberg, who was 6'5". 6'0" Bradley is standing to the left of Joss.

Yes that is Bemis, maybe Bill Hinchman next to him third right, Walt Doane middle 2nd left, maybe Bob Rhoads bottom 2nd left and Josh Clarke bottom left, top left looks more like George Perring than Cy Falkenberg to me?

Seeing that photo of Joel Youngblood above (section 18308) reminded me of Youngblood's rare feat of 2 hits for 2 different teams in different cities on the same day (August 4, 1982).
He got a basehit for the NY Mets in a day game Vs. the Cubs in Chicago off Ferguson Jenkins was traded mid-game to the Montreal Expos and then playing for his new team that night in Philadelphia, Youngblood got a base hit off the Phillies' Steve Carlton.
It would have been a rare enough feat just to hit safely in 2 games for different teams,in different cities on the same day, but Youngblood also got hits off future Hall Of Famers.

The inclusion of Doan, Reilley and Stark dates this photo to some time after August 25, 1909, which excludes Josh Clarke. Cleveland sold Clarke to Columbus in June (reported June 5) and he played the rest of the season in Columbus.

If it is him, I think this may be a Facepack upgrade since it features a reasonably close shot of him in a Major League uniform. Most of the other photos I've seen have him playing for Milwaukee and the LOC photo is taken from afar.
