Minor complaint

Is there a setting to disable the silly "achievements" (it might be a Steam thing), or just to keep them from popping up during a game? I'd prefer not to see that I've "achieved" a walk-off before my guy hits the ball. Kind of takes the fun out of it.

No and no, AFAIK. I didn't buy on steam, I get those too, and I haven't found a way to get rid of them.

Thanks. I tried disabling the Steam Overlay, not knowing what that is but thinking it might be the thing that does this. Haven't had a walk-off since I did it and I'm in the off-season now, but I'll come back in here and post if it works.
