Is the auction house feature gone from OOTP26 perfect team?

In PT19-22 we had an auction house system (with betting).
In PT23-25 we had the card shop (with buy and sell orders). In PT26 we split that into a card shop for base cards and an auction house for variant cards. |

It was removed a couple of seasons ago.
But it has come back as a vehicle for selling unwanted Variant cards.
