These are just 4 examples of a save that is in it's 2nd year
These are not a team wide problem, but an organizational problem.
So, long time players, is this unusual? Something to look out for in coaching? Drafting?

If you don't like it set injuries to low and disable suspensions. If you get bored with the lack of challenge you can always re-enable the features later.
