OK, what is the problem

1. I lose a player for hurting his back after a fight with a reporter
2. I lose a top pitching prospect for 4 weeks with a ankle injury after he kicks a locker after arguing with his manager.
3. I lose another prospect with a hand injury after punching his locker during a player/coach altercation.
4. I have had 3 players suspended for and I quote "profanity laced tirade" with an umpire. This includes my 2024 1st round draft pick

These are just 4 examples of a save that is in it's 2nd year

These are not a team wide problem, but an organizational problem.

So, long time players, is this unusual? Something to look out for in coaching? Drafting?
