lahman database ?

I don't know if this is the right board or not but I'll try here first.
Does anybody know which Lahman Database to download for historical replays? I've noticed on his website there are several different versions to choose from. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Lahman 5.4 csv or comma-delimited version.
