HOW TO PUT MLB LOGOS IN iOOTP 2012

Hello guys I'm new to iOOTP & have fell in love with this game for the iPad I also put the real MLB team logos in the game if you would like to do this follow the following steps.

YOU MUST HAVE A JAILBROKEN iPAD & iFILE

1- Go into iFile
2- Go into iOOTP 2012 folder
3- Go into Documents folder
4- Go into saved_games folder
5- Go into game 1.lg folder
6- Go into News folder
7- Go into HTML folder
8- Go into Images folder

REMEMBER YOU MUST 1st HAVE A SAVED SEASON FOR THIS TO WORK.

I NEED THE NEW MIAMI MARLINS LOGO IMAGE MUST BE PNG FILE TYPE

Thanks for sharing this. Is there any chance any of the various apps around allowing viewing/manipulation of files will do this too, or can it only be done with unlocked/jailbreak phones?

No problem!
Download and use a program called "iExplorer", with this you can copy the downloades files in the requested folders without jailbreak.

There's a program called iFunBox that does what IExplorer does, but it's free.

Hi guys! I'm new to the forum. Sorry about bumping this, but I'd like to know how you open iExplorer on your PC in iTunes so I can transfer the logos to my iPad. Help please?

Install iExplorer to your PC and start it via Windows start menu!
You don't use iTunes for this!

Yes I want to put real logos in but it won't let me I also have a ipad 3 so I need a step by step on how to do this . I just hope it's easy to do

They are the left hand side under user applications I believe then find iOOTP.data then logos. Place all files there.

Hi,

As wisnoodles states there are several folders on the lefthand side of iFunbox and I can upload and download from 'App File Sharing' but I can only download from 'User Applications'.

It doesn't matter whether I navigate to the logos folder and then 'drag and drop' or use the 'Copy from Mac' button. The text in the description box at the bottom just states idle and no files get uploaded.

My iPad is not jailbroken so does this prevent me from uploading the logos to the required folder or am I doing something else fundamentally wrong?

Because your device is not jail broken you do not have write access to folders to follow this process. I think it is being looked at how to add logos in 2013.

How can I do it? I have been trying for two days straight just to download Iphone explorer, or ifunbox, but I can't because I have an old Ibook G4 and it is only version 10.5.8 it is getting very frustrating to me because it won't work. Every time I try to open up the software it won't work and it says "app name" is not supported on this architecture. Someone please help!!!

I am in same situation with 10.5.8. Do a search for Iexplorer2. There is free download that works with Tiger. I believe it is on macroplant website. I downloaded it for my mac. I haven't had time to try it out yet, but it does appear on my screen. Seems okay.
